Forward Health Group Inc., a Madison data and analytics software provider, has raised $4 million of a proposed $7 million equity funding round, according to a filing with federal securities regulators.
One investor provided the funding, according to the filing. This brings to more than $10 million the amount of funding the company has raised, according to www.formds.com.
Forward Health established an early lead in the population health space, founder Michael Barbouche said in early 2015 when the company raised $5.7 million of funding.
