Wisconsin students interested in applying to Destinations Career Academy for the 2016-2017 school year and who meet one of the exceptions outlined by state Department of Public Instruction policy can apply in one of two ways.

The full-time option is an Open Enrollment Alternative Application along with a letter of explanation and/or documentation to the Destinations Career Academy office.

Wisconsin students enrolled in a public school are also allowed to participate in DPI’s Course Options, which is a part-time option. This allows students to remain enrolled in their current school district while taking one to two online courses at Destinations Career Academy. The Course Options application must be submitted to DCAs and approved six weeks before the start of a course.

Destinations Career Academy is affiliated with the Wisconsin Virtual Academy. Both are housed within the McFarland School District, 4709 Dale-Curtin Drive, McFarland, Wis., 53558. Contact jseverson@k12.com.
