Startup Milwaukee is launching a new event series that aims to foster a dialogue on how the local technology community can attract and retain the top tech talent in the region.

The recurring affair, called Code + Craft Brews, will happen on a quarterly basis and feature talks from prominent tech leaders in southeast Wisconsin. It will provide a setting for executives and tech industry workers to share their tips and tricks on how to build and manage today’s tech workforce.

“Milwaukee already has several amazing events that focus on helping the tech community share best practices around specific technologies,” said Matt Cordio, founder and president of Startup Milwaukee and Skills Pipeline, in a statement. “Our goal with Code + Craft Brews is to convene technologists, tech executives and community leaders to discuss how to attract and retain technology talent in the region.” Read the full story here.
