Two Brass Ring Capital team members are departing the group to create a new organization, Bel Air Growth Partners LLC.
Brass Ring Capital co-founder Steve Peterson and Brass Ring principal Steve Laczniak will work in private equity investing through Bel Air Growth Partners LLC, establishing offices in Milwaukee and Los Angeles. The organization will sponsor small companies ($500,000 – $5 million EBITDA) private equity transactions nationwide.
Brass Ring Capital co-founder David Raffel and managing director Will Grindell will stay with the group, located at 826 N. Plankinton Ave., in Milwaukee.
