Bram Daelemans, director of investor networks for the Wisconsin Tech Council, will discuss highlights from the Portfolio – a publication that has charted Wisconsin investment highlights for a decade. Daelemans will be joined by Jason Graham, associate director of Golden Angels Investors, an angel network that is one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest, Lorrie Heinemann, president of Madison Development Corp. and Jay Risch, secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. Tech Council president Tom Still will moderate.
The event will take place at UW-Milwaukee’s Innovation Accelerator, 1225 Discovery Parkway. “The Wisconsin Portfolio annually examines angel and venture capital deal data to understand what business sectors interest investors, how many companies are finding investments, and at what stage,” Still said. “Over time, it has helped chart the growth of Wisconsin’s early stage economy and identify trends.”
