TitletownTech in Green Bay was named one of the top 10 most innovative physical spaces “bolstering the next wave of economic renewal in cities across the U.S.” by Revolution, a venture capital firm.

TitletownTech is a partnership between the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft, who each contributed $5 million to launch the 46,000-square-foot space, which opened earlier this year.

The building features an innovation lab, venture studio and a $25 million venture fund that plans to invest in start-ups. The three-story development  also includes a restaurant and an Associated Bank branch on the first floor and houses offices for Titletown Development, the Packers’ real estate arm.
