Dissident shareholders have filed a lawsuit in Dane Co. circuit court seeking a judge’s order to force Promega Corp. to buy back their shares at what they term a fair value.
Promega is a privately held Madison maker of life sciences tools for researchers, such as a DNA kit that was used to help identify victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Read he full story here.
