No, the last one isn’t a box most entrepreneurs have to check. But that’s exactly what Roy Dietsch and James W. Crawford IV faced as they launched Rugged Video LLC, a Mequon company that makes video recording and processing systems for helicopter flight tours, jet boat rides and other harsh environments.
