Serial entrepreneur Raymond Seaver sold his previous three companies, but he plans to hold on to his latest venture, Zizzl, a payroll and benefits management system provider that he started last year.

This time, he isn’t looking for an exit.

“It’s not one to sell,” Seaver said.

Seaver thought he could keep himself busy after selling his previous company. That venture, bswift, provides software and services to streamline benefits, payroll and human resources administration. Aetna Health Holdings LLC bought it in 2014 for an undisclosed amount. Seaver said it was enough to enable him to retire.

For him, Zizzl is a way to help small businesses, something he fell in love with during his decades of growing and selling companies.
