Kwik Trip will soon have Bitcoin ATMs in more than 800 locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa, according to a Monday announcement.
The machines are being deployed by Coinsource, a Texas-based company that has 2,500 Bitcoin ATMs in 46 states.
More than 230 Bitcoin ATMs have already been installed at Kwik Trip locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, including one in Oak Creek and two in Waukesha, Coinsource executive vice president Derek Muhney said via email.
