A Milwaukee entrepreneur plans to launch a second company this year to build his metric-based employment technology.
Reginald Reed, who in 2016 started Mindful Staffing Solutions LLC, a job training and placement company, will launch Mindful Measures, a software development company that will build Real Time Resume, his cloud-based tool that produces metrics on a person’s job skill level.
Reed, who the Milwaukee Business Journal featured in an executive profile in 2017, created Real Time Resume around the same time he started Mindful Staffing, and has used the technology to submit resumes to manufacturing and construction employers for job seekers. Currently, Real Time Resume is used only by Mindful Staffing Solutions.
Reed’s plan is to market the software to businesses for internal use to measure the efficiency of employees. It would later be marketed to human resource departments within companies for hiring purposes. Read the full story here.
