Advancing AI Wisconsin, a not-for-profit focused on elevating the implementation and knowledge of disruptive technologies in Wisconsin, and Green Bay-based New North Inc. have collaborated on a new online directory of technology providers and consulting firms across Wisconsin.

The Digital Transformation Marketplace is an added directory on the Wisconsin Supply Chain Marketplace website, which was developed by New North with funding assistance from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., Centergy, Madison Regional Economic Partnership, Milwaukee 7, New North and Prosperity Southwest.

“To succeed in this era of digital disruption we need to create avenues of collaboration in Wisconsin,” said Oliver Buechse, co-founder and executive director of AAIW. “Connecting local buyers and local suppliers is a powerful way of doing just that and we appreciate the great teamwork with New North in creating this directory in record time.”

New North built a similar supply chain directory for opportunities with Foxconn Technology Group and the defense industry.

“We have seen a significant uptick in activity since we have launched the Foxconn Supply Chain marketplace on our platform,” said Connie Loden, senior project manager at New North, in a statement provided by the company. “We believe this will be another big push as the question “how can I get ready for AI” is on many business leaders’ minds.” Read the full story here.
