In just three years, Lisa Reardon has grown OwnersEdge Inc. into an $80 million employee-owned holdings corporation with more than 320 employees across Wisconsin.

As CEO and chairman of OwnersEdge, she also holds the title of CEO of the four companies the Brookfield-based company acquired over the years – video and voice communications company Baycom Inc.; CC&N, a telecom cable and wireless connectivity solutions company; TourGuide Solutions, which makes wireless audio conference equipment; and most recently QComp Technologies, a Greenville-based tech company that provides robotics and automation systems for packaging and handling to companies.

If being CEO of four distinct companies, plus a holding company, seems like enough to manage, if you ask Reardon what’s next for OwnersEdge she’ll say there’s plenty to do.
