Spaulding Medical LLC chief executive Amanda Baltz has aggressive goals for growing her medical technology company over the next five years.

In that time, the Marquette University grad and Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 alum plans to hire at least 50 people, release up to 15 new software and hardware solutions, renovate office space for the business on the 8-acre campus of parent company Spaulding Clinical in West Bend, all while moving the company toward attaining eight-digit revenue.

Officially spun out as a member of the Spaulding Clinical family of companies in January, Spaulding Medical, which currently consists of 14 full-time employees, develops a lightweight, single-button-operation electrocardiogram, or ECG, device.
