This 22,000 sq. ft. facility has 17,600 sq. ft. of manufacturing/distribution space divided into four suites. These range from 3,800 sq. ft. to 5,400 sq. ft,, all of which can be subdivided. The facility also has nine offices ranging in size from 178 sq. ft to 328 sq. ft. A conference and break rooms are also available to facility tenants. Monthly office rents include utilities, common area, Internet and office furniture. Rents for manufacturing spaces include access to the common areas and Internet. Utilities are separate.
