U.S. Rep. Gallagher’s video remarks to Wisconsin Technology Council board of directors

Here is a video of U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher’s comments to the Wisconsin Technology Council board of directors, which met Oct. 4-5 in Appleton. Gallagher, R-Green Bay, talked about federal legislation that would reinvest in the nation’s research and development assets. He is a primary author of The Endless Frontier Act, elements of which have been included in the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act. Federal R&D investment will be a topic of the Oct. 19 Tech Council Innovation Network meeting in Wauwatosa, featuring representatives of four engineering schools and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation.
