In a separate commentary, Tech Council President Tom Still talks about the “Smart Cities-Smart Futures” contest presented by Foxconn. Now open to college students, faculty and staff throughout Wisconsin, the contest is a way to tease out ideas from some of the best and brightest in Wisconsin.
