WisBusiness: MadREP has announced the Gold Shovel Site Verification Program

This initiative will help landowners and communities market land to businesses and other entities interested in site development.

Comparable to WEDC’s Certified in Wisconsin program, but with less stringent requirements, the program aims to be a more streamlined way for sites to be deemed “shovel-ready.”
