This year’s first episode of “WisBusiness: The Podcast” features Kevin Dwyer, CEO for Madison nonprofit Where is Care.
He joins the podcast remotely from the Twin Cities, where he’s working to build new partner relationships as part of a strategy to grow his nonprofit company from its Dane County roots.
Where is Care has an online platform for free and subsidized social services. The group aims to connect people in need with community resources such as homeless shelters and free clinics.
The platform launched in June 2018, and Dwyer has steadily grown the number of participating service organizations since then. He launched the app version of the platform near the end of last year, expanding access for low-income individuals. Listen to the podcast here.
