The International Economic Development Council has recognized two Wisconsin organizations for their work.
WEDC has received a Gold Excellence in Economic Development Award for a website promoting international investment in Wisconsin, as well as a Silver Award for NEWaukee’s YPWeek, a program aimed at drawing young talent to the state.
The Water Council, a Milwaukee partner of WEDC, was awarded a Gold Award for The BREW, a seed accelerator program for water technology startups.
