WisBusiness: Wisconsin’s Veterans Chamber of Commerce is launching a nine-month leadership program aimed at helping young vets transition into professional careers.

It also is starting a resource group for young veterans that will connect them with employers through networking opportunities and professional development programs. And it says its members will now get a discount on the RecruitMilitary jobs board and isubscription, giving Wisconsin employers access to a database of hundreds of thousands of vet job candidates.

Applications for the program opened this week and are due Oct. 4.
