Fasetto, the Superior-based company that developed Forum, a software that allows people to share and join business presentations from anywhere if they have a Wi-Fi-enabled mobile device, is moving its headquarters to Scottsdale, Arizona, the company announced Tuesday.

A few weeks ago, Fasetto closed on a $1.1 million round of funding from undisclosed investors, bringing its funding total to over $39 million and making it one of the most heavily-invested startups in Wisconsin. In 2019, the company closed on $14 million in funding from a single investor.

Founded in 2013, Fasetto also developed Gravity, a software for internet-connected products.
