Foxconn is expanding its investment in Wisconsin. Last week, the Taiwanese tech giant, which is building a massive plant in Mount Pleasant, made two big announcements.  The first was a partnership with UW-Madison for engineering and innovation research. Foxconn will give UW $100 million in matching grants for the partnership. Foxconn said it would also join three other big Milwaukee companies in creating a $100 million fund to launch tech startups around the world. Will Foxconn be shaping Wisconsin’s economy for decades to come?
