UW-Madison Chancellor Biddy Martin Thursday appointed Paul M. DeLuca Jr. provost and vice chancellor of academic affairs for the campus. He is a member of the board of directors for the Wisconsin Security Research Consortium, which is affiliated with the Wisconsin Technology Council.

“Paul’s experience at UW-Madison, his knowledge of the campus and its constituencies, and his leadership, not only on the campus, but also in national and international professional settings, will make him a strong provost and invaluable partner,” Martin said in a statement.

DeLuca is now vice dean of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. Click here to read a WisPolitics.com story.
