The Badger Fund of Funds will manage $25 million from the state and at least $8 million in private investments, with $500,000 of that coming from Brian Birk and Ken Johnson. The idea is for small chunks of money, at least by venture capital standards, to trickle down to smaller funds around the state, each of which will have its own manager.
