On Tuesday, Nov. 25, the Wisconsin Technology Council held a luncheon on data centers energy uses and the opportunities and challenges. Panelists included Tom Content, executive director of the Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin; Todd Malan, executive vice president, government relations & external affairs for QTS Data Centers; Ellen Nowak, vice president of state and federal affairs for ATC; and Becky Valcq, assistant vice president of regulatory affairs and data center services at Alliant Energy.
