Across the road from Cantafio’s Buckhorn Supper Club, what was mostly farmland has been converted into an 830 acre site for one of Wisconsin’s new data centers.
Where houses and barns once stood, and in pastures where cows grazed, bulldozers now have their run of the land.
Some folks speculated that the supper club, on County Road A near U.S. Highway 151, would be demolished to make room for the data center that hasn’t been officially announced but clearly is on its way.
The supper club’s staying, says business owner Joe Cantafio.
