Panelists Kevin Boggs, director of office of technology development for the Medical College of Wisconsin; Jessica Silvaggi, president of the UWM Research Foundation; and Kalpa Vithalani, executive director of technology transfer for Marquette University discussed the role of higher education in the economic development of the region.
