Humana Inc. will acquire a Wisconsin-based managed care organization.

The acquisition will expand the Louisville, Kentucky-based health care giant’s Medicaid services. The deal will allow Humana (NYSE: HUM) to acquire “substantially all assets” of Inclusa Inc. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Inclusa is a managed care organization based in Stevens Point that provides long term care services and support to approximately 16,600 older adults and those with disabilities through the state’s Family Care program, according to Humana’s news release on the deal.
