The new home of Marquette University’s business school is nearing completion.

Marquette broke ground on the $60 million Dr. E.J. and Margaret O’Brien Hall in spring 2021. The building replaced a former residence hall known as McCormick Hall at 16th Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Marquette demolished that facility in 2019.

The College of Business Administration is expected to relocate from Straz Hall during the winter, and instruction will begin there during the spring semester, said Tim Hanley, the acting Keyes dean.
