Marquette University said Monday that Blue & Gold Brewing LLC, a Marquette-affiliated and student-run business, will partner with Stone Creek Coffee to create and release a new coffee product this fall.
The production of the coffee product, from market research to distribution, will be completely overseen by Blue & Gold Brewing’s student leadership.
