BrightStar Wisconsin Foundation Inc. today announced that it has made an investment in Green Bay-based Midwest Games, the only dedicated video game publisher in the Midwest.
The games industry has grown rapidly to over $330 billion dollars and is expected to continue to grow 14% annually. The video game industry is now about twice as large as the TV, movie, and music industries combined and the most popular form of entertainment for Gen Z.
In addition to BrightStar, TitletownTech, Tundra Angels, and Wisconsin Investment Partners also made investments, as did several individual angel investors.
