AquaMost Inc. has named Robert Gaudin to its board of directors. This strategic addition adds to the company’s positioning in the oil and gas industry. Gaudin is the founder and CEO of Holland Services, a complete energy land services company, serving the oil and gas industry for more than 30 years.

“Robert brings tremendous industry experience, understanding and relationships,” said Todd Asmuth, AquaMost Chairman and CEO. “This market knowledge is critical as AquaMost grows in the water treatment segment of the oil and gas industry.”

AquaMost will be a part of a July 23 WIN-Madison meeting at which innovation surrounding the hydraulic fracturing industry will be discussed. Register at www.wisconsintechnologycouncil.com/events

Gaudin’s involvement at Holland Services provides vast experience in upstream, midstream and downstream land services.

“My first job after college graduation was with the New York State Attorney General’s office overseeing water purification legal affairs,” Gaudin said. “This foundation translated into becoming one of the hundreds of thousands of energy environmentalists who are dedicated to a cleaner planet with water purification and sustainability as our objective. I’m proud to be a part of AquaMost’s commitment to be a leader in playing an important role in these efforts.”

In addition to the new director, AquaMost, Inc. has closed a convertible debt round.

“Over the past 12 months, interest in the AquaMost product has skyrocketed,” said Mark Henrickson, chief financial officer. “These funds will enable us to fill orders and deliver products quickly.”
