Sue Marks, the founder and chief executive officer of Brookfield-based Cielo, will step down as CEO, and turn the role over to Marissa Geist, the company’s chief operating officer.
Marks will continue to serve on the board for Cielo, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing solutions. Geist will also join the company’s board of directors.
The CEO transition will be effective on May 31.
