Cellular Dynamics International has raised $40.6 million from undisclosed investors. It had previously announced an $18 million round in late 2008.

Cellectar raised $2.7 milion by Venture Investors.

Sway Inc. raised $2 million by Origin Ventures and Leo Capital and others.

Rapid Diagnostek Inc., raised $1.5 million by undisclosed investors.

Superior Health Linens raised $1.5 million by undisclosed investors.

Parcus Medical rasied $1.3 million by undisclosed investors.

HarQen raised $1.1. million by Phenomenelle Angels, Silicon Pastures, Wisconsin Investment Partners, Golden Seeds and Capital Midwest.

Netconcepts was aquired.

ZBB Energy Corporation was awarded $14.7 million in federal tax credits for new plant.

Logistics Health was awarded a $1.5 million loan from Wisconsin.

Minitube was awarded a $370,000 loan from Wisconsin.

Ingeteam, a Spanish manufacturer of wind-turbine generators, decides to stay in Milwaukee. The company could create 270 manufacturing jobs over time.

Local Dirt, a Madison-based agricultural logistics company, has received an investment from Peak Ridge Capital. The amount of the venture investment was not disclosed.
