2024 UW-Madison Science Expeditions Campus Open House – April 5-7, 2024

Come explore UW-Madison – your public land-grant research university – and experience
science as exploring the unknown. Interact with researchers, visit science venues across
campus, enjoy Science Spectacular shows, and try your hand at Exploration Stations.
Highlights of our 2024 programming include:
● Six campus locations where visitors can check out hands-on Exploration Stations from
dozens of campus research groups.
● UW-Madison Physics Fair and the “Wonders of Physics” and “Science is Fun” Science
Spectaculars.
● More than 25 campus destinations spangled all across campus and ranging from
hands-on museums and animal vivariums to lush greenhouses and outdoor research
ecosystems.
● We are joining forces this year with the UW 175th anniversary Community Open House –
also taking place on April 5-7.
From astronomy to zoology, UW-Madison Science Expeditions is the annual campus-wide
science open house that connects you to UW people & places all year round. All events are free
and open to the public.
