University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Foundation officials are negotiating with a prospective development firm that would create apartments within the historic Eschweiler buildings at UWM’s Innovation Park site in Wauwatosa.
That was among the tidbits spilled during a presentation and project update at Thursday’s meeting of the Wisconsin Innovation Network, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Wauwatosa.
