Kiince, a Madison-based company with technologies that help stroke victims recover their ability to more properly walk, took first-place in a pitch event held June 9 at the Madison Club. The company won a year’s membership in the club, which is located just off Madison’s Capitol Square. Winners of complimentary room space at the club were 65 Incorporated of Mequon, Eleve Technical Innerwear of Verona and ConfPlus of Madison. All four companies were “Diligent Dozen” finalists in the 2015 Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest.

Judges for the event were Valerie Wulf of Phenomonelle Angels and the UW Foundation; Shoban Thakkar of HealthX Ventures; and Joe Kremer of Isomark. Tom Still of the Tech Council moderated.
