One of the Milwaukee area’s largest architecture firms, with its reach extending from Fiserv Forum and the Summerfest grounds to the $456 million expansion of the Baird Center, has named its next CEO.
Kristin Dufek will become CEO of Eppstein Uhen Architects effective Aug. 1, succeeding Rich Tennessen, who has held the role since 2021.
Dufek has been with the company 23 years. Initially intending to become a doctor before switching to building design, she was recruited to the Milwaukee firm when it started its health care studio.
