Females in leadership positions among Wisconsin’s public and private companies continues to grow, according to Milwaukee Women inc’s annual report.

The Milwaukee Women inc 2022 report found that women hold 26.3% of director seats in Wisconsin’s top 50 public companies, surpassing the organizations goal of 25% by 2025.

In addition, women of color hold 5.7% of such director seats, an increase from 4.5% in 2021. The report indicated the slowest growth is leadership positions among Hispanic or Latino women.
