The Madison-based logistics company SwanLeap, Inc. that was once dubbed the fastest-growing company in America has been acquired.
SwanLeap, a transportation management software company, has been acquired by Transportation Insight Holding Company, the businesses announced Monday.
Brad Hollister founded the company in 2013 with Jason Swanson, who saw Hollister’s ad for a freelance developer job on Craigslist. The pair developed a platform to help shippers identify cost savings and streamline transportation.
