Post Crescent: Bird electric scooters will return to Appleton in greater numbers during second year of pilot program

Bird electric scooters will be welcomed back to the city for a second year and in greater numbers.

The Common Council on Wednesday unanimously approved the return of Bird scooters under a pilot program with a new set of parameters designed to reduce concerns raised during their initial rollout last year.
