CliftonLarsonAllen officials, along with Baland Buildings and North Town Partners officials, held a groundbreaking on Tuesday, June 24 for a 12,000 square foot office space located at 3727 Joliet Trail in the Town of Sheboygan.
Jeff Sabel, Bayland Buildings executive, thanked the Town of Sheboygan and CLA for their partnership in helping develop the project. “Projects like this would not be possible, it takes all of us together to put something like this together. I appreciate all of the partnerships involved in this project,” Sable said.
Ryan Gartman, Principal with Sheboygan CLA, said, “We really appreciate Bayland, Jeff, Chris and everyone involved with this project. CLA is very excited to be here in the eastern central Wisconsin area and along the I43 corridor. This will be a place to collaborate, train, retain employees and serve clients in an amazing way. We are deeply integrated with seamless services in a bunch of different lines including insurance, tax, digital outsourcing and consulting. We are in a lot of areas that we serve our local clientele. We are a national firm but are locally invested in this area, our people in our communities. We are excited to be a part of this and to be here and looking forward to the collaboration with the group and eventually our tenants.”
