The Wisconsin Technology Council has teamed with PropertyDrive, an online commercial listing service, to provide a searchable database of commercial real estate on the Tech Council website.

This new feature will allow technology companies looking to locate or expand in Wisconsin the ability to search a wide variety of space for lease, buildings for sale and land for sale. Properties include office, flex, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse and retail spaces as well as build-to-suit options.
The Tech Council is the independent, non-profit and non-partisan science and technology advisor to the governor and the Legislature. Its 42-member board includes members from tech companies, venture capital firms, K-12 and post-secondary education, research institutions, government and law. The Tech Council website provides a variety of services to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
PropertyDrive is a Wisconsin-based, online commercial listing service that allows commercial real estate agents to advertise available land and buildings. The PropertyDrive database contains hundreds of commercial properties from more than 65 commercial real-estate companies.
