The Members of WHEFA are pleased to announce Larry D. Wiemer II as WHEFA’s new Executive Director. Larry comes to WHEFA with over 30 years of experience working in various operating and financial leadership roles with nonprofit institutions within the State of Wisconsin. Throughout his career Larry has been involved in over 15 public and private bond transactions, equaling over $2.5 billion of par value. Larry is excited to continue WHEFA’s role as a key resource assisting all Wisconsin nonprofit institutions in
researching, evaluating and accessing the various financing options available to them.

The Members of WHEFA also announce the promotion of Tatiana Graver from Manager of Finance to Associate Executive Director. The WHEFA members would like to congratulate Tatiana for this well-deserved promotion. Tatiana has been with WHEFA for 10 years and has served as an invaluable resource to the hundreds of nonprofit organizations who have benefited from WHEFA’s services. We are excited for her to continue to serve nonprofit borrowers throughout Wisconsin.
The Members of WHEFA would like to thank Dennis Reilly for his 26 years of service – the last 10 of which he served as the Executive Director. Under Dennis’ leadership WHEFA provided exceptional service to nonprofit entities throughout Wisconsin, and significantly expanded the number and types of organizations assisted by WHEFA.
