Wisconsin entrepreneurs see bright future ahead

The numbers remain gloomy, but many believe that after more than a decade of serious effort, Wisconsin finally may be re-invigorating its entrepreneurial climate.

One sign of the changing times: A group of Silicon Valley executives and other University of Wisconsin-Madison alumni is looking at forming a state-based venture capital fund.
