Thirteen Milwaukee-area companies were counted among the list of America’s fastest-growing firms produced each year by Inc. magazine, marking a decline from a year ago.
The Inc. 5000 list ranks U.S.-based for-profit companies based on each business’s revenue growth — and marks their entrepreneurial success. In 2022, there were 16 Milwaukee-area companies on the list.
This year’s list ranked companies based on their revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, a company must apply to be on the list and have had a minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2019 and $2 million in 2022.
