Amid a CEO transition, Brookfield-based employee recruitment outsourcing provider Cielo has acquired Minnesota-based human resources technology consulting firm Peridus Group, according to a Monday announcement.
Cielo, which said it has nearly 4,000 total employees and around 500 in the Milwaukee area, declined to disclose the terms of the deal.
Peridus has been working with Cielo for more than two years to offer Workday, HR strategy, technical, integration and data migration consulting services for Cielo’s clients.
