Transfur Inc. has closed a pre-seed round of funding with an investment from Madison-based WARF Ventures.
Transfur, a Minneapolis-based software company, said the funding will allow it to complete beta testing on the way to launching its first product, aimed at veterinarians.
The company’s platform uses artificial intelligence to extract clinically relevant information from vet medical records. The software will reduce the non-billable hours veterinarians spend reviewing records, the company said.
