“The collaboration between Mayo and UW-Eau Claire is only the second of its kind in the nation, opening the door for research projects involving faculty, students and one of the world’s leading health systems,” said Tom Still, president of the Wisconsin Technology Council. “Over time, it will improve health care for people in the Chippewa Valley and far beyond.”

Jamf, the global software firm rooted in Eau Claire, will be a part of the partnership, as well, through projects such as creating a home monitoring application on mobile devices for congenital heart disease.

This luncheon is sponsored by UW-Eau Claire and is in partnership with the Wisconsin Healthcare Business Forum.
